How can we do this better? That’s the question we often asked ourselves. Three former co-workers who, over time, realized that our shared drive, complementary skills, and genuine passion for helping our clients set us apart. As we began to succeed in our own careers, it became clear that together we had something even more powerful: a unique skill set built on experience, collaboration, and trust.

That realization inspired us to build something rooted in the values we believe matter most: Honesty & Transparency, Integrity, Commitment, and Consistency. We’re committed to using what we’ve learned to help our partners thrive. Through transparent collaboration, meaningful solutions, and relationships that go beyond business, we have found that we have a proven system that has helped many clients and candidates find their dream job.

This is LSG

Founded in late 2025, LSG was built on a foundation of many years of expertise in the recruiting industry. This experience, honed over careers dedicated to connecting talent with opportunity, now serves as the cornerstone of our company, proudly headquartered in Florida.

  • Jonathan brings over 10 years of recruiting and business development experience to the LSG team.

    Prior to being a co-founder of LSG, Jonathan specialized in AEC recruitment at an agency where he developed an engineering division from inception and evolved into Group Leader.

    Having the desire to understand all sides of recruiting, he decided to work directly for a Civil Engineering firm in Talent Acquisition.   

    Jonathan has been given compliments throughout his career about his authenticity when getting to know clients and candidates, and that he is always thinking with a relationship-first approach.

    What matters most to him is that all parties receive an experience where they feel heard, valued and understood. 

    When he isn’t working, Jonathan enjoys crossing off bucket list travel destinations with his wife, Abby. You can also find him cheering on the NC State Wolfpack and spending quality time with friends and family.

  • Madison is a co-founder of LSG, specializing in AEC recruiting. His diverse background, which includes working at a recruiting agency and an in-house role at a Civil Engineering firm, gives him a comprehensive understanding of the industry. This dual perspective allows him to effectively navigate the needs of both clients and candidates.

    Throughout his career, Madison has successfully filled positions at all levels, cultivating strong relationships built on trust and a consultative approach. He is dedicated to finding the best possible matches, ensuring both companies and individuals thrive.

    In his free time, Madison enjoys traveling and cherishing moments with his wife, Braedhan, two corgis, and friends.

  • Jordan - AKA JB -  graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Finance and brings over 11 years of proven success in sales. For the past four years, he has specialized in recruiting for the civil engineering industry and has built a strong reputation for delivering results and cultivating long-term partnerships. He has experience with both external and internal recruiting, and is able to bring a unique perspective for helping attract top talent in the industry. 

    With a blend of sales and recruiting experience and unmatched industry expertise, he is dedicated to helping clients and candidates achieve their goals while embodying the best of the LSG values: honesty & transparency, Integrity, Commitment and Consistency. 

    Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and dog, sports, golf, and being outdoors!
